Building the operating system for
hospitality & retail in Nepal
Run billing, orders, inventory, and insights from one platform. We empower restaurant and retail owners to move faster, eliminate stock pilferage, and scale multiple outlets with confidence.
Why We Built Sarthio
For years, restaurant and cafe operators in Nepal had to choose between outdated, clunky desktop software locked to a single physical machine or expensive overseas cloud solutions that collapsed the minute the internet dropped.
We founded Sarthio under Next One Solutions to create a system designed specifically for the practical realities of Nepalese venues: rock-solid offline billing, lightning-fast order dispatching to kitchen display units, instant QR ordering, and automated IRD-approved fiscal compliance.
- Engineered with offline-first architecture
- Real-time sync across cashiers, captains, and kitchen displays
- Integrated with eSewa, Khalti, and major local payment methods
- Automated Nepal Inland Revenue Department (IRD) billing
Our Mission
To empower every restaurant, cafe, and retail business across Nepal with the technology they need to serve more customers, eliminate inventory loss, and make data-driven decisions with confidence.
Our Core Values & Principles
We build tools that solve genuine day-to-day problems for operators and their frontline staff.
Offline-First Reliability
Internet drops in Nepal should never halt your rush hour. Sarthio takes orders, splits bills, and prints KOT receipts seamlessly offline, auto-syncing when back online.
100% Nepal IRD Compliant
Certified VAT invoices, real-time audit logs, and automated End-of-Day Z-reports ensure your accounting stays transparent, compliant, and ready for tax audits.
Built for Frontline Speed
Designed from real feedback inside bustling kitchens, cafes, and multi-floor restaurants to minimize touch steps, speed up cashier checkout, and eliminate order errors.
Dedicated Local Onboarding
We do not just hand you software and disappear. Our local team provides hands-on hardware setup, staff training, and continuous support across Nepal.
